Virtual Beer Tasting Project

Lockdown, Pandemic, Vaccination, Home Office and the list goes on during these tough and unprecedented times. How to come out of the negative vibes, daily routines and hassles?? Yes, as part of AK International Training, the team organized a Beer tasting Project virtually on 26th Jan 2021. There were many projects discussed initially and Beer tasting Project got the first place in the voting.

Special thanks to Matt Lincoln from Siren Brewery – England who gave his full support to organize this virtual project successfully with lots of fun, explanations and detailed summary of the various beer during the Beer tasting. The following Beers were chosen for this event

• IPA: Siren Soundwave IPA (33cl, 5.6%)
• Pale Ale: Siren Flex (44cl, 5.3%)
• Lager: Sunset To The Skies (44cl, 5.2%)
• Stout: Broken Dream Breakfast Stout (33cl, 6.5%)

Hearty thanks to our JCI Basel member Haider Khan with his Business Gastro Kurier GmbH has ensured these beautiful cans were shipped to the JCI Basel participants (around 20) for this event in a timely manner. Besides the Beer tasting, the evening also had Icebreaker games, Tune Out with skribbl to lighten the mood of the participants. All in all, a day to remember for all the JCI Basel members who participated during these tough times of lockdown to cherish with their friends virtually with awesome Beers :-). AK International Training is also planning for many such future projects to keep up the spirits and positive vibes.
